About Tim Thomason
I have been a resident of Mid Missouri for over 30 years. I have a wonderful family and we are committed to our community. I am a retired police officer of 20 years. Over 15 of those years were spent dealing with landlord/tenant issues, residential code issues, planning and zoning issues and more. The passion for those topics led me to my new career as a Realtor. Combining my passion to help people, improve the livability of neighborhoods, and my knowledge of real estate throughout mid Missouri, I became a Realtor.
I am truly your one stop shop for all of your needs in the housing industry. Whether you want to buy or sell property, want to buy or sell rental property, need a rental property manager, or a prospective tenant looking for a rental, I can help with all your needs. Buying and selling real estate can be exciting and stressful all at the same time. It is my job to make your real estate experience happen smoothly and efficiently.
Let me help you find that dream home or improve your investment portfolio, today. I have always lived behind the motto of doing what is right and to be willing to do what I would ask others to do.
